DIET Leh organises district level Math TLM Mela

Leh, May 20: District Level Math Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) Mela was organised by DIET Leh at Eco Park, Leh today. Director School Education, UT Ladakh, Tsering Paldan was the chief guest on the occasion.

The mela was exclusively organised for the lecturers, masters and teachers of Government schools and was categorised into Higher Secondary Level and Secondary Level.

15 Higher Secondary and 24 Secondary Schools of Leh district participated in the Math TLM level.

Director, School Education appreciated the teachers for their active participation and urged them to use TLMs at school as it will help the student in clearing concept.

In the Secondary level, Govt High School, Liktse secured 1st position, Govt High School, Matho secured 2nd position and Govt High School, Gya secured 3rd position.

Meanwhile, in the Higher Secondary level, Govt Higher Secondary School, Sumoor secured 1st position, GHSS Tyakshi secured 2nd position and 3rd position was shared by GHSS Diskit and GHSS Saspol.

Chief Education Officer Leh, S D Namgyal; Principal DIET Leh, Chetan Dorjey and Principals and Head Masters from various Government Schools of Leh district and DIET faculty members participated in the TLM Mela.
