Former Deputy Chief Minister and Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari directed officials to ensure that Station Ghanpur constituency secures the first rank in the state in the implementation of the prestigious Indiramma Housing Scheme. He made it clear that not a single sanctioned house should lapse under any circumstances.
A detailed review meeting was held at the district collectorate along with District Collector Rizwan Basha Shaik, focusing on Indiramma house construction and irrigation issues.

Speaking at the meeting, MLA Kadiyam Srihari instructed:

Beneficiaries who have not yet started construction must begin work immediately.

MPDOs should issue notices stating that allotments will be cancelled if construction does not begin within one week.

A mandal-wise review should be conducted on houses where marking has been completed but construction has not yet started.

There is a possibility of 3,500 additional houses being sanctioned in the second phase in April.
He stated that while the first phase benefited those who already owned house sites, the second phase will provide both house sites and houses to eligible beneficiaries who currently do not own land.
Identification of Government Lands – Key Review on March 15
Tahsildars were instructed to:

Collect details of available government lands in each village.

Prepare proposals indicating how many house plots can be allotted per acre as per norms.

Develop layout plans in accordance with government regulations.

Attend the review meeting scheduled for March 15 with complete data and documentation.
Irrigation: Not Even One Acre Should Dry Up
On irrigation, the MLA issued strict instructions:

No single acre should remain uncultivated due to lack of water.

Since adequate water is available in the Godavari River, lifting operations should continue until the end of March.

Reservoir storage levels must be maintained to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Desilting and tree removal works in the Bommaku Canal should be completed within a week to supply water up to Mangali Banda Thanda.

Water must reach Himmatnagar in Zaffergadh mandal. He announced Rs. 5 lakh from SDF funds for canal desilting works and directed immediate commencement.
No Negligence in EGS Funds Utilization
Expressing displeasure over delays in utilizing EGS funds, he directed officials to complete pending works by March 21 and submit bills promptly so that payments can be released on time. He emphasized that delivering quality services to the public is the responsibility of every official.
