New Palle Dawakhana Inaugurated in Vennempalli at a Cost of ₹20 Lakh


Government at the Doorstep of the People: Resolving Public Issues is the Priority

Karimnagar District: A newly constructed Palle Dawakhana (rural health clinic) was inaugurated in Vennempalli village of Saidapur Mandal, Karimnagar district, with the objective of providing accessible healthcare services to people in rural areas.

As part of the “Palle Palleku Ponnam Anna – Palle Pallalo Praja Palana” programme, the newly constructed Palle Dawakhana, built at a cost of ₹20 lakh, was inaugurated. The facility is expected to provide basic healthcare services closer to the homes of villagers and reduce the need for people to travel to distant areas for primary medical care.

Public Grievances Taken Up for Immediate Action

Following the inauguration, a Praja Palana programme was held at the village Rythu Vedika. During the programme, petitions concerning various issues were received from villagers.

The concerns faced by the people were discussed directly, and the concerned officials were contacted regarding their resolution. Officials were instructed to take immediate action wherever possible and ensure that public grievances are addressed promptly.

The programme aims to bring the government closer to the people, understand their problems directly and provide appropriate solutions without requiring villagers to make repeated visits to government offices.

Awareness on Welfare and Development Schemes

Villagers were informed about various welfare and development programmes being implemented in Vennempalli.

A village clinic was inaugurated in Vennempalli. As part of the 'Palle Palleku Ponnam Anna' (Ponnam Anna visits every village) and 'Praja Palana' (People's Governance) programs, a newly constructed village clinic—built at a cost of ₹20 lakhs—was inaugurated in Vennempalli village, Saidapur Mandal.

The benefits being provided through schemes such as Indiramma Houses, interest-free loans for women’s self-help groups, bank linkage loans, Rythu Bharosa, Rythu Bima, farm loan waiver, fine paddy bonus and new ration cards were explained to the people.

Officials and representatives emphasized the need to ensure that every eligible family receives the benefits of government welfare schemes.

Farmers Encouraged to Take Up Dryland Crops and Oil Palm

A village clinic was inaugurated in Vennempalli. As part of the 'Palle Palleku Ponnam Anna' (Ponnam Anna visits every village) and 'Praja Palana' (People's Governance) programs, a newly constructed village clinic—built at a cost of ₹20 lakhs—was inaugurated in Vennempalli village, Saidapur Mandal.
In view of the prevailing drought and rainfall-deficit conditions, farmers were advised to focus on dryland and low-water-consuming crops.

Farmers were also encouraged to take up oil palm cultivation as a long-term source of additional income. They were urged to make use of the incentives and financial assistance being provided by the government.

During the programme, Bhagawan Reddy, a farmer engaged in oil palm cultivation, was felicitated in recognition of his efforts.

Water Conservation Through Jalasiri

The importance of effectively implementing the Jalasiri programme was highlighted to conserve groundwater resources.

Villagers and farmers were encouraged to construct recharge pits and farm ponds to capture rainwater and improve groundwater levels. People were also urged to make use of the financial assistance provided by the government for water conservation activities.

Making Huzurabad a Plastic-Free Constituency

The people were urged to extend their cooperation in the effort to make Huzurabad constituency a plastic-free constituency.

Villagers were encouraged to make extensive use of the steel banks established in villages as an alternative to single-use plastic items. Reducing plastic consumption and protecting the environment were described as collective responsibilities.

Applications Invited for New Pensions and Sewing Machines

Eligible people seeking new social security pensions were advised to submit their applications on or before the 31st of this month.

Eligible BC women were also encouraged to apply for the subsidized sewing machines being provided by the government. Beneficiaries were urged to make effective use of government schemes to improve their livelihoods and economic conditions.
