The KSRTC Courier Service will initially operate through 55 depots, strategically located across Kerala. This wide coverage ensures that the service is accessible to the general public, allowing them to conveniently send and receive parcels from nearby depots. Moreover, in the initial phase, the courier service will also extend to key locations such as Bangalore, Mysore, Tenkasi, Coimbatore, and Nagar Kovil, facilitating seamless connectivity beyond the borders of Kerala.

Convenience and Accessibility

To streamline the courier service process, KSRTC has established dedicated front offices at the depots. These offices will serve as a one-stop solution for all courier-related inquiries and procedures. Additionally, to cater to the varying needs of customers, the courier service will operate 24/7 in 15 depots located in cities and near national highways, while other depots will operate from 9 am to 9 pm. The pricing structure of the KSRTC Courier and Logistics Service is designed to be competitive and cost-effective. For parcels weighing 25 grams within a 200-kilometer limit, the charge is set at Rs. 30. The rates increase progressively based on weight and distance, ensuring fair pricing for various shipment sizes. Beyond 200 kilometers, the charges are reversed for distances of 200, 400, 600, 800, and above.

Efficient Tracking and Customer Notifications

To enhance transparency and keep both senders and receivers informed, the KSRTC courier system provides regular updates via SMS notifications. Customers can track their parcels throughout the journey, gaining peace of mind and assurance regarding the status of their deliveries. Furthermore, recipients can conveniently collect their parcels by presenting a valid identity card and undergoing necessary verification processes.
