IIM Kashipur Celebrates India’s 80th Independence Day with Pride and Patriotism

Kashipur: The IIM Kashipur community came together with immense pride and reverence to celebrate India’s 80th Independence Day, commemorating the nation’s remarkable journey of freedom, democracy, and progress.

The celebrations began with a solemn flag-hoisting ceremony, led by IIM Kashipur Director Prof. Neeraj Dwivedi and Chief Administrative Officer Col. Ajay Kumar Upadhyay (Retd.). The national flag was unfurled with dignity, setting the tone for a day dedicated to remembering India’s freedom struggle and celebrating its achievements.

Addressing the gathering, Prof. Neeraj Dwivedi reflected on India’s extraordinary journey over the past 79 years. He highlighted the responsibilities that accompany independence and emphasized the role of educational institutions in contributing to the country’s growth and development. He also expressed pride in IIM Kashipur’s contribution towards preparing future leaders who can play a meaningful role in shaping the nation’s future.
