Compassion in Action: ₹1.10 Lakh CM Relief Fund Cheque Handed Over to Infant Varshini in Railway Kodur
Railway Kodur, Kadapa District:
In a heartfelt gesture, Government Whip and MLA Arava Sridhar, along with Mukka Varalakshmi, wife of TDP in-charge and Kadapa Urban Development Authority Chairman Mukka Rupananda Reddy, handed over a ₹1,10,242 cheque from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to the family of infant Mopuru Varshini, a resident of SR Colony in Chiyyavaram Panchayat.
The financial aid was extended on behalf of Varshini to her mother Petluru Tulasiamma, as part of the government's initiative to provide timely help to families in distress. The cheque was personally delivered at the family’s residence, showcasing the administration’s commitment to reach people at the grassroots.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Arava Sridhar said,
“The government is sensitive to the hardships faced by the public. Hon’ble Chief Minister’s priority is to stand by the people in their time of need and ensure every deserving family receives timely assistance. This is not just welfare—it’s governance with empathy.”
Mukka Varalakshmi also shared her views, stating,
“This is more than just financial aid—it is a symbol of hope for the family. The CM’s support is bringing light to countless lives across the state. The NDA government is firmly committed to being a reliable support system for every citizen.”
