Announcement by State Tri-Forces Ex-Servicemen Welfare League President Reddy Srinivasa Vara Prasad

A significant initiative has been launched to resolve the issues faced by ex-servicemen and their families. Speaking at a meeting held at the Bapatla Ex-Servicemen Welfare Association office, State Tri-Forces Ex-Servicemen Welfare League President Reddy Srinivasa Vara Prasad announced that a Central Hub has been established to streamline and expedite the resolution of their problems.
He stated that this Central Hub will serve as a single platform to address various issues such as pensions, healthcare, land matters, and other welfare-related concerns of ex-servicemen.
Highlighting a specific case, he mentioned that Punna Rao, an ex-serviceman from Paparajutota village in Chirala mandal of Bapatla district, passed away in 2012. However, his wife has not yet received her family pension. The widow, Satyadevi, brought her grievance to the attention of the League President.
Upon reviewing the case, Vara Prasad identified negligence in processing the pension and immediately initiated action by contacting concerned officials and examining the records to collect further details.
Satyadevi, who has been struggling without pension support for the past 14 years, shared her hardships. Responding with empathy, Vara Prasad assured her that her issue would be resolved soon and provided her with moral support.
On this occasion, League General Secretary Madan Mohan, Treasurer R.R.V. Reddy, and other ex-servicemen also extended their support and assured assistance to the victim.
