For those who get up at night to check the house or urinate, every person must observe for three and a half minutes.
This often happens: a person who always seemed healthy passed away at night. "Yesterday, I talked to him, why did he suddenly die?"
The reason is that when you get up at night to go to the toilet, the blood flow to the brain is disrupted.
Why are the "three and a half minutes" so important? In the middle of the night, when the urge to urinate wakes you up, the ECG pattern may change.
By getting up suddenly from bed, the brain is anemic and the heart stops due to lack of blood.
It is good to practice three and a half minutes, namely:
1. When you wake up, stay in bed for one and a half minutes.
2. Sit on the bed for the next half minute
3. Put your legs down and sit on the edge of the bed for half a minute.
After three and a half minutes, your brain is no longer anemic and your heart is not weak. Doing this reduces the risk of sudden death.
Share this with your family, friends and loved ones.
This can happen to anyone, regardless of age. Whether young or old, let everyone know.
Your whole family should follow this procedure too...
